Pietro D’Arpa is a visiting professor and strategic advisor focused on supply chain transformation, logistics, operational excellence and sustainability, following a 38-year international career at Procter & Gamble.
During his career at P&G, he held senior leadership positions across supply chain, manufacturing and logistics.
Most recently, as Vice President Supply Chain – Europe Logistics & End-to-End Strategic Planning, he led P&G’s European logistics and end-to-end planning organization and played a key role in advancing logistics sustainability and decarbonization, with a focus on efficiency, intermodality, alternative fuels and collaboration with suppliers and partners across the value chain.
Today, Pietro advises companies and start-ups and teaches supply chain, logistics and sustainability at leading European universities and business schools. He is also an Expert with the Solar Impulse Foundation.
His work focuses on translating sustainability ambitions into practical supply chain actions and collaborative solutions that balance environmental impact with cost, service and resilience.
