Yes. If you wish to stay in the same hotel where the conference is taking place, our operations manager will assist you with the booking and provide you with a discounted price for conference attendees. You will also receive a venue map and recommendations on the best ways of getting there.

The confirmation sent by Leadvent Group serves as a confirmation of charge, but you will also receive a receipt shortly after the payment is processed.
Once we receive your registration form, we will process your booking and inform you via email. If you haven’t heard from us but feel that we should have received your form, please give us a call at +420 773 832 492 or drop us a follow-up email.
You will receive an auto response shortly after you submit the form with the details of your registration. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive the confirmation of your registration.
All the documentation presented at the conference is included in the conference package and is available online for free (applies to conference attendees), or can be purchased separately (applies to non-attendees). Contact us for more information.
The continuing education hours and credits are located in each conference brochure.
Most conferences are business attire or business casual.
All of our conferences include buffet style meals with a variety of meals and refreshments, where you can choose to eat whatever fits your requirements best.
If you have yet to register, please register on the ticketing page which contains detailed information on the cost of the event.
Visit our event page, select the number of tickets you need and click on “checkout”. Enter your personal information on the next page and click on register. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the access code to the app.
You will receive a link to download the app once registered and you will have to to create your profile, search for the event name then tap on “participate” and type the access code.

Some sessions will happen live. For those, you should register specifically to each beforehand. The registration links are available in the schedule section.
Other sessions are to be consumed “on demand”. You will find a link to watch them in the schedule and video sections of the app.
Networking will be done via the event app.
The Virtual Event platform hosts a live chat room during each session where users are able to ask questions, make comments, answer live polls and chat.
The app is a must to be able to get all the latest information and updates about the virtual event. This is where you will find the schedule and all the information about the different sessions, the information about participants and sponsors and also where you will be able to get in touch with your peers.
The information available on the app is also available on the event page. You will need the same code to access this website. However, this website does not enable networking. This can only be done via the actual app.
We encourage all registrants to spread the word about this event. Please direct anyone who has not yet registered to do so on the event website
The event will be hosted online. ‘How to join’ instructions will be sent out to all registrants ahead of the event, who will be able to log in to any live session over the duration of the conference.
To join a live session, please make sure you have already registered for a ticket, that you are logged on to the website and then simply select the session you want to join.
You can login in to any live session over the duration of the conference and access recorded sessions using your password for a limited period after the event.

Our events can be accessed from any timezone and location but all our European events will be hosted in CET ( Central European Time).
The event takes place over 2 days filled with panels, presentations, and networking. Simply register for the event using the online or PDF registration; one week before the event you will recieve login detail that will enable you to gain access to the Virtual Event platform including the meeting facilities, attendee profiles and exhibition.
The virtual exhibition is an opportunity to view and discuss the products and services offered by domestic and international energy and mining experts. Exhibitors can present videos, presentations, information, and details of their team. Attendees can chat live, or arrange meetings with exhibition staff. We have found exhibitions with good, downloadable content work well.
Yes. All sessions are recorded and will be available by the end of the event, allowing you to re-watch content on-demand at your own pace, and circle back to important topics you value most. We plan for all the content to be available for at least 1 year.
