Cyril has started his career as a technical expert in the french engineering group FIVES. Afterwards, he successfully managed several industrial companies in the energy sector such as a french biomass boiler manufacturer or the leading PEM electrolyzer manufacturer AREVA H2GEN. Meanwhile, he joined the german VIESSMANN group to develop its industrial branch worldwide and develop first Power-to-X projects. He is focussed not only on technology fit to the need but also on the business models coherence when attached to production, storage and use of energy (in particular hydrogen for industrials, biofuels, grid flexibility, mobility use…).
Cyril co-founded the HY2GEN Group to design, finance build and operate 100% carbon free green hydrogen production and hydrogen-based bioproducts facilities worldwide.

Amy Hebert is the CEO and founder of Arcadia eFuels, a company with the mission to combat climate change by producing sustainable fuels with a net-zero carbon footprint. In a project full of firsts, Amy and the Arcadia team have worked to create a first-of-its-kind commercial efuels that is becoming a reality with their first location set to be built in Vordingborg, Denmark.
Amy brings more than 25 years of global industry experience and 12 years of executive leadership positions in the refining, chemical and polymer markets. She has experience in all aspects of business management including developing and executing long term business strategy while managing overall financial wellbeing; experience with JV’s, new plant construction, and plant expansions from idea, through design and startup. Most recently she held the position as Deputy CEO/Chief Commercial Officer for Haldor Topsoe, and previously Vice President Europe with Celanese and Global Vice President Catalysts with Albemarle.
She holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Amy is also a supervisory board member, nomination and audit committee member of IMCD.

Nicolas Serrie started his career as a project finance analyst at Vinci Concessions (2005-2006).
He subsequently joined the World Bank (2006-2008) where he managed and financed infrastructure projects, and then the French Development Agency for various energy and transport projects in developing countries.
In 2010, he became manager at the Corporate Strategy Department of Alstom Group where he oversaw power-related topics, before leading the Offshore Wind activities of Alstom in France and Belgium.
At the time of the acquisition of the energy-related activities of Alstom by General Electric, Nicolas turned into an Executive Key Account Leader (2015-2017). In 2017, he was appointed head of product management of the GE Hydro business.
In 2021, Nicolas joined Natel Energy (a fast-growing start-up active in small hydro as an equipment provider as well as a project developer and investor) as General Manager.
Nicolas joined KHIMOD in 2022 as CEO.

Geert joined T&E in July 2019 after a decade in advocacy roles in Brussels for organisations representing civil society and industry. Geert’s main focus is the Renewable Energy Directive. In particular, he leads T&E’s work on policies to promote sustainable transport fuels such as renewable electricity and green hydrogen and e-fuels and how they can help decarbonize ships and planes. In previous positions, Geert worked on a host of environmental and energy dossiers, ranging from Ecodesign and Energy Labelling policies, Energy Performance of Buildings Directive to a campaign to ban fracking for shale gas. Geert hails from Belgium, but also has Canadian citizenship. He holds a law degree from the University of Ghent, a masters in European studies from KU Leuven and a PhD in political science from the University of Alberta.
