Finally, integrated storage transforms charging hubs into active grid assets. Through smart software, these batteries can provide frequency regulation and demand response services to the utility, generating secondary revenue streams. By decoupling the immediate demand of the charger from the instantaneous supply of the grid, integrated energy storage ensures that the EV charging infrastructure is scalable, sustainable, and economically resilient.
